Delivery Policy

Effective Date: April 16, 2026

Because ShiftDigital offers digital web services, consulting, and software setups, no physical goods are shipped.

1. Digital Delivery Mechanism

All deliverables, including Technical SEO Reports (PDFs), exported landing page code, analytics dashboard configurations, and video walkthroughs, will be delivered digitally via email or securely deployed directly to your server/CMS.

2. Estimated Delivery Timelines

Delivery timelines commence once we have received both your payment and the required access credentials (e.g., your website login or Google Analytics access) to begin work. Standard timelines are:

• Technical Audit: Within 3 Business Days
• Pro Analytics Setup: Within 4 Business Days
• Landing Page Design: Within 7 Business Days
• Ultimate Web Overhaul: Within 10 Business Days

3. Acceptance of Delivery

Upon delivery of the final digital assets and completion of the live testing phase, the project is considered delivered. You will have a 7-day review period to report any immediate bugs or deviations from the agreed-upon scope, which we will rectify free of charge.
