Order Cancellation Policy

ShiftDigital understands that business needs can change quickly. This policy outlines how and when you can cancel a digital service order.

1. Pre-Commencement Cancellation

You may cancel your order at any time before our team begins the technical audit or design work. If you cancel prior to project commencement (usually within 24 hours of purchase), your order will be voided and fully refunded.

2. Mid-Project Cancellation

If you choose to cancel a project after work has already begun (e.g., the SEO audit is halfway done, or the landing page is currently being coded), we will immediately halt all work. Any completed digital assets up to that point will be turned over to you, but the order cannot be fully cancelled or voided.
