Refund Policy

Effective Date: April 16, 2026

We stand behind the quality of our digital services. Because we invest considerable time and expertise into our audits and web development, our refund policy is strictly defined.

1. Eligibility for Full Refunds

If you request a refund before any consultation, website analysis, or technical coding has begun, you are eligible for a 100% full refund.

2. Partial Refunds

Once project work has commenced, partial refunds are solely at the discretion of ShiftDigital based on the amount of labor already expended. We will calculate the hourly work completed and refund the remaining balance of your initial payment.

3. Non-Refundable Items

Because digital deliverables (such as PDF Audit Reports, finalized Landing Page code, and GA4 Analytics configurations) cannot be "returned," no refunds will be issued once the final project deliverables have been handed over to you.

4. Technical Guarantee

If a technical error or bug arises that was caused directly by our implementation, we ask that you report it within our 7-day post-delivery review period. We will prioritize fixing the issue free of charge rather than issuing a refund.
