3. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you receive full ownership and a non-exclusive, perpetual license to use the landing pages, custom code, and digital assets created specifically for your business. ShiftDigital retains the right to display the final, public-facing work in our portfolio.

4. Limitation of Liability

ShiftDigital optimizes websites using industry best practices. However, we cannot guarantee specific search engine rankings or specific conversion rates, as these depend on third-party algorithms (like Google) and market conditions. In no event shall ShiftDigital be liable for indirect or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services.
